Our Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Middleton MX.  We realise that at times you may need to return items that are not correct, so below is our returns policy.

For Clothing

We must be contacted within 7 days of you receiving your goods. Phone 01773 748045.  If you require to return an item please return with the original packaging and invoice in a clean and unworn condition, by recorded delivery. Enclose a letter giving your name, address and telephone number, give details of the reason for return and what action you wish us to take. Item(s) will be replaced with the correct size by return if in stock or as soon as possible. Any goods returned outside of these conditions will be charged a 15% restocking charge.

Cancelling an item

If you have placed an order with us and have then changed your mind please let us know as soon as possible so that we do not dispatch.

If we have made a mistake and have sent an item wrongly we apologise but will endeavour to correct our error as soon as possible.

Pricing Some items on our Online Shop are not priced as prices are dependent on the specification of the item. We request you to contact us with regard to these items.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands
Up to 2kg - £6.99
Up to 30kg - £16.45

Guernsey, Jersey and Southern Ireland
Next day 1-2kg - £6.99
2-3 days up to 30kg - £14.99

Delivery Schedule Standard delivery time for UK mainland is usually 2-5 working days. (Customers are advised that any orders placed after 4pm on a given day will be processed first thing the following morning). All delivery times are subject to stock availability.  You will be informed of any possible delays, so please give us a reliable daytime phone number so that we may contact you.

We regret we cannot guarantee a next day delivery to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man
